At The Egan Hair Transplant clinic, our surgeons perform all surgical steps of the procedure themselves, with no delegation of these steps to unqualified assistants as you will find in multiple clinics throughout the UK and Turkey. Immense care is therefore taken over every single graft that they personally extract.

24/7 aftercare with your surgeon providing you with their personal phone number

Day 1 and 7 follow up hair washes (either in the clinic, or virtual calls to guide you through the process)

3, 6, 9 and 12 month follow up appointments

We have three levels of pricing, reflecting the experience and demand for each surgeon.
Director - Dr Matt
Senior Surgeon - More than 5 years experience in hair surgery - Dr Daniel Ness
Surgeon - Less than 5 years experience in hair surgery. - Dr Ryan Perry
Initial Consultation Fee
There is an initial consultation fee, and this consultation can be carried out via video call or in person.
Consultation fees are non-refundable, and non-redeemable against surgery.
Consultations are also non-transferable between surgeons, and you will need to consult with the surgeon you want to perform your surgery.

Price Per Graft
We do not use the price per graft method of pricing. Instead, prices are set by the size of the area being transplanted and graft estimate. This means that the price for the surgery is fixed without any unexpected additional payments after surgery should additional grafts be required. Example cases and price estimates can be seen below.
This gives flexibility on the day of your surgery, which means that if extra grafts are required in order to complete your case to the best results, this can be done without any additional cost to yourself.
We believe that this keeps pricing transparent, without the need for you to be concerned that you will be charged extra on the day.

Example cases with prices are provided below, however final pricing will be determined at consultation.
It is generally possible to perform upto 4000 grafts on a single day of surgery. Cases requiring more than his would require that the transplant be split into 2 separate procedures 3 to 6 months apart.
