Our surgeons only treat one patient each day, so you are the sole focus of attention and the entire day is committed to you.
At The Egan Hair Transplant clinic, the surgeon performs all surgical steps of the procedure themself, with no delegation of these steps to unqualified assistants as you will find in multiple clinics throughout the UK and Turkey. We are therefore able to take immense care over every single graft that he personally extracts.

3, 6, 9 and 12 month follow up appointments
Additional fees are applied when transplanting into non-shaven recipient areas and for repair surgery.
Initial Consultation Fee
There is an initial consultation fee of £150, and this consultation can be carried out via video call or in person. For in person consultations, please call or email us. Video consultations can be booked online via the link above.
Price Per Graft
We do not use the price per graft method of pricing. Instead, prices are set by the size of the area being transplanted. Example cases and price estimates can be seen below.
This gives flexibility on the day of your surgery, which means that if extra grafts are required in order to complete your case to the best results, this can be done without any additional cost to yourself.
We believe that this keeps pricing fair, without the need for you to be concerned that you will be charged extra on the day.
Minimum Fee
We charge a minimum fee of £5500 regardless of size of the surgery
Repair cases have a minimum fee of £7000
